Arrival information
Check-in: 3 pm / Check-out: 10 am
Directions: Follow the main road through Oetz until you reach Café Heiner - here you turn left, then straight ahead. Our house is situated on the right.

Upon arrival, a deposit of EUR 100,-- in cash is required. The deposit is usually refunded in cash upon departure, after the accommodation has been checked and no damage has been found. No over-occupancy allowed in the apartments. Accommodation policies for children: Children from the age of 3 years are welcome.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.

No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
