A CASA Residenz can be found at about 500 meters from the village center which is easily accessible on foot within a couple of minutes. Varied hiking routes start on your doorstep, e.g. towards Stallwiesalm or Leiterbergalm.
Skiers and snowboarders will find the skibus stop at about 20 meter from our house: free shuttle buses take you effortlessly to the Giggijoch base station (1-2 minutes) or Gaislachkogl base terminal (4-5 minutes). Ample parking for free at both mountain gondola terminals.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM / Check-out: until 10:00 AM
The keys are deposited for you at the main reception at Dorfstraße 66, 6450 Sölden, Austria.
Opening hours of the main reception: High season 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Low season 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please have a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) ready for check-in. Card number, expiration date, and CVC code will be held as a deposit.
Arrival: Head into the valley to the center of Sölden. You will find us on the right side, opposite the Katapult.
If you arrive after 8:00 PM or if there is a long wait at the reception, you can use our Ariane machine at the entrance of A CASA for self-check-in.
Please follow the instructions of the machine and pay the remaining balance of the apartment with VISA, MasterCard, EC card, Amex.

From December 19, 2026, you can expect an exclusive wellness oasis with the Lake Lounge by A CASA in Sölden. Look forward to the outdoor pool, 2 saunas, relaxation area, sun terrace with loungers, and a small bistro.
Exclusive for guests of the A CASA Apartments in Sölden, the entrance is already included.
