Directions: You reach us by car via A12Inntal motorway – exit: Ötztal. Then follow the main road to Umhausen and continue towards Niederthai located at a high Alpine plateau. Turn right at the sawmill, follow the road to Niederthai’s cross-country ski center. Turn left and take the second left. We are the first house on the right.
