Description
Original inventory of the former inn Auensteinaus from the 1960s. The district of Oetzerau is located about 3 km from Oetz. The house is directly on the road to Kühtai at an altitude of about 1000 m. The holiday apartments are on the 2nd floor and oriented to the west, about 9 m above the road. The ski and hiking region Hochoetz is nearby. You can also start directly from here on foot or by mountain bike. In winter, the ski bus stops just a few meters from us, taking you down to Oetz or up to Ochsengarten/Kühtai to the ski areas. The guest terrace with barbecue facilities (American smoker grill or fire pit), as well as a non-smoking communal room, a covered wine arbor with a couch and green areas are available for our guests.
Current information
The holiday apartments TOP 4+5 are located in the old structure, which was renovated in 1999. The substance remains unchanged, i.e., somewhat noisy, uninsulated exterior walls, and no modern apartment entrance door.
Groceries and chilled drinks for a simple initial dinner based on pasta are included and available.
