In the large kitchen and common room, you will find enough space for the entire group to cook, grill, eat, and more. In the wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation room, you can experience a breathtaking, unobstructed view over the rooftops of Niederthai. You can enjoy shared moments in our unique, light-flooded lounge with a fireplace, on our balconies, the garden terraces, as well as in the conservatories. The centerpiece is the wine cellar.

The house is cleaned by us upon departure, no interim cleaning.
