Description

Presentation of an old farmer's bread-baking tradition of the popular "Ötztaler Breatlen". The ancient farmer's bread is still one of the most well-loved breakfast and snack breads of Ötztal’s locals today. Watch how the master bakers grind the grain into flour in the mill and how the special dough is prepared. Typical "Breatlen" can be bought to take away or can be enjoyed on site with a delicious snack platter (extra charge).

Price Information

Bread baking is free of charge for holders of a Guest Card and a Summer Card. Consumption of food and drinks on site for an extra charge.

Coming from Oetz: Follow B186 to Huben - take the second access road to Huben - turn left after the bridge in front of the bakery and continue about 500 m towards the sports field and the intersection – there you turn left, then straight ahead - at the end of the road you keep left

Coming from Sölden: Follow B186 to Huben - take the first access road to Huben - turn left after the bridge in front of the bakery and continue about 500 m towards the sports field and the intersection – there you turn left, then straight ahead - at the end of the road you keep left
