Description
Presentation of an old farmer's bread-baking tradition of the popular "Ötztaler Breatlen". The ancient farmer's bread is still one of the most well-loved breakfast and snack breads of Ötztal’s locals today. Watch how the master bakers grind the grain into flour in the mill and how the special dough is prepared. Typical "Breatlen" can be bought to take away or can be enjoyed on site with a delicious snack platter (extra charge).
