Our stores are reachable within a few minutes from every accommodation in Obergurgl.In our main shop, directly at the main street, you will find on 1.800 m² everything you need for your ski holidays. Welcome to Markus Morandell's Ötztal Mountain School! As the founder and director of the Ötztal Mountain School, I offer training courses, summit tours and high-alpine hikes for individuals and only in small groups. I personally lead all tours and courses. Other mountain guides are only called in in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement. This guarantees you personal and individual support during tours, as well as competent, systematic training for beginners and experts.
We, one of the alpine schools in the Ötztal, with our state-certified and authorised mountain hiking guides, canyoning guides, rafting guides, sports climbing instructors, mountain & ski guides offer you a wide range of outdoor activities and mountain experiences.We are happy to assist you with your holiday planning and the implementation of a wide variety of activities and make your holiday an unforgettable experience. We will provide you with information about trails, glaciers, high alpine crossings, equipment, huts and much more.
The wall is accessible to everyone for free, provided that the usage instructions are followed. The climbing wall consists of nine different routes with varying levels of difficulty (from beginner to advanced). Anyone who wants to climb must fill out a consent form in advance and drop it in the designated box.

The shooting range is located in the basement of the "Volksschule" in Längenfeld. You can find 8 Computer-controlled single spectator stands with screens in the local area. Modern indoor airpressure guns are available to all shooters free of charge. It's just allowed to shoot with these guns! Reservation necessary.
