The start of this challenging trail run is in the center of Umhausen at an altitude of 1,036m. After one kilometer on asphalt and along the Wasserwaalweg, participants reach the foot of the Stuibenfall, where 728 spectacular natural and steel steps, as well as a dreamlike scenery await. Passing the first Labe station and arriving in Niederthai, there is some time to recover before it gets down to business for the first time: Via the Rauhen Bichl, the route heads steadily uphill towards the Narrenkogel. Once at the Narrenkogel, runners enjoy the panorama before a crisp single trail leads back down over the mountain meadows. At the bottom of the valley there is the opportunity to fortify yourself at another Labe station before the next adventure awaits: Across the Grastal a fantastically beautiful trail leads to the Mahdebene at 2,392m, from where it continues to the Brand at 2,283m and a downhill to Niederthai. After another climb to the lower Hemerachalm, another downhill over 5km and 700 meters of altitude awaits the participants. Arriving at the Nösslach chapel, the route heads towards Wiesle and back to Niederthai. Once there, it's the second time over the Rauhen Bichl in the direction of Höfle and Bichl to the next refreshment station. Here the last reserves are needed for the downhill to Umhausen. The last section of the race runs for the participants along the Steppsteig in the direction of Stuibenfall to the Stuiben Nannele, where the witch for the last 1500m to the village center and finish once again makes real wind.
