"Der Brand" is located about 200 altitude meters above Längenfeld and is not only known among locals as one of the most fabulous vantage points within Ötztal.
Our farm and the snack station have been family-owned since 1996 and are now run by the second generation. As an organic farm, we want to do our farm work with a clear conscience, which is why it was particularly important to us to build our apartments ecologically and sustainably. The new building and the furnishings are characterized by local wood, environmentally friendly raw materials and thrive on creative upcycling.

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof, from there directly by bus at half-hour intervals to the Längenfeld Kirche stop (about 900 m from BrandAlm Apartments). All information about travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
Traveling by car: the apartments can only be reached from the village center/Längenfeld via a 1.8 km long forest road. In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle is required, and snow chains must be carried. Transfer is possible for arrivals and departures.
