Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international train direct connections to Ötztal train station, from there take the bus every half hour to the stop Umhausen Abzw. Köfels (about 3 km away from Köfels). All information about travel options: www.oetztal.com/nachhaltige-anreise
Travel by car: From Umhausen, drive about 2 km upstream towards Sölden, turn right at the "Köfels" junction and follow the mountain road for about 3 km to our small mountain village Köfels. The house is located at the end of the village above the church.
IN WINTER, snow chains must be carried for the road to Köfels at all times!

Exclusive: Tourist tax, electricity charged based on consumption (infrared heating in winter), waste disposal fee if not disposed of, children’s discount upon request
Other: A damage deposit of EUR 200,- in cash is to be paid upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full after the accommodation has been checked and no damage has been found.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon departure, a basic cleaning is to be conducted by you as the customer, regardless of the final cleaning by us as landlords. This includes cleaning the kitchen, bathroom/shower/WC and mopping the floors, vacuuming all rooms, and disposing of waste!
Please note that no pets are allowed.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
