Our self-catering house is modernly furnished and offers space for up to 10 people and 2 garage parking spaces. Additional parking slots are also available.

The vacation home is located in the center of Oetz and thus offers the perfect starting point for hikes, excursions and ski days in the Ötztal. The popular Hochoetz ski area can be reached within 2 minutes by car. The free ski bus is 300 meters away and runs every 20 minutes.
Other activities on the menu include mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, ski touring, paragliding and the Piburger See (lake).
