The holiday home (approximately 130 m²) is equipped as follows: on the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a tiled stove that provides comfortable warmth and is ideal for unforgettable moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area invites you to cook and linger. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom, a bedroom with separate beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom, a double bedroom with a French bed (1.60 m), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a toilet. The furnished balcony offers a wonderful view of the mountain panorama of the Ötztal Alps, while the private garden represents an oasis for relaxation and leisure.
