The house on two floors surprises with its rustic wooden parlor look and a highly personal flair. The authentic character has been combined with modern, contemporary comfort.
In summer, Ötztal valley is a perfect base for hiking, biking & cycling, climbing, river rafting on the Ötztaler Ache, motorcycling, etc.
In winter, skiing is the order of the day (Sölden's ski area is about 15 km away) or cross-country skiing with a huge variety of options.

As a guest of our house, you will receive discounted admission tickets for AQUA DOME - the Tyrolean Thermal Spa Längenfeld.
The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
