All in all, this hike is not not too difficult and a rewarding family hike in the Tyrolean Ötztal.
On this tour, which starts behind the church in Sölden, you hike via Plödern up to the alpine pastures. After passing the Gampe Thaya/ Gampe Alm, you continue to Hochsölden.
Alternative route through Hainbach, Grünwald, Maria's Alm to Hochsölden.
Author’s recommendation
