Journey of Discovery: Ötztal Nature Park
The Ötztal Nature Park protects an area of 510 km². It is the second largest nature park in Tirol. It stretches from Lake Piburger See at 774 meters altitude to its end at 3774 m tall Wildspitze summit, the highest mountain in Northern Tirol. Between the entrance and the rear end of the valley there are five info points and the new, multi-media Nature Park House in Längenfeld. Ideal for families thirsty for knowledge and hungry for hikes.

ALMZEIT is the name of this adventurous family hiking trail where families get in close touch with the variety and characteristics of mountain huts and Alpine pastures in and around Sölden. For example the "animal" Gaislach Alm: Here you will not only find a petting zoo but also pony riding and a trout pond.
