The Hausersee hut on the "Geigenkamm", named after his highest sumit, the "Hohe Geige" (3395 m), in the Ötztal Alps. The Schweinfurter Hütte is located in the middle of the Ötztal mountains with a magnificent panorama view. The hut is very favored in summer for many mountain hiking tours and in the winter for ski mountaineering and snowshoe hiking. Hiking path:Parking: parking lot Sennhof Niederthai (next to the Information office)Start the hike at parking lot Sennhof in Niederthai.
