This trail is perfectly rideable in both directions. Löple Trail forks-off to the right a bit above the Gaislachalm mountain inn and the forest trail. After a stretch through the forest it travels along lush meadows on a quite wet surface. Once you reach the gate you cross the ski run in a slightly uphill direction in order to follow the trail again. An almost level stage is interspersed with short but very steep descents. Biking past Löple Alm you continue towards a broader, deeply rutted cart trail – please watch out here! Playful and skilled bikers can even try to master obstacles with a bunny hop...

Author’s recommendation

Combine this scenic trail with an ascent on the Gaislach Mountain Bike Route and a downhill adventure on Nene Trail (696) - which makes a truly rewarding tour.
