"Griaß enk" is a heartfelt welcome in Ötztal, we are pleased that you will stay here with us. Where a family vacation creates the most beautiful memories - at Sonnhof of course! Holidays on the farm, in the middle of nature and next to the "Sprinzen" - a very special cattle breed. We keep a lot of kinds of animals.
The entire house was lovingly rebuilt in a sustainable way a couple of years ago. The breathable insulation material and the lime plaster create a highly comfortable living environment. The center of Längenfeld with shops, restaurants, cafes, bicycle and ski shops can be reached by car in a few minutes.
In winter you easily reach the top ski resorts of Sölden (approx. 15 km) or Gurgl (approx. 20 km). Just in front of our house you can indulge into the untouched winter landscape by enjoying long walks and perfect cross-country ski trails. In summer, the Ötztal Cycle Trail leads past the house, climbing gardens are in the immediate vicinity and countless Alpine huts and mountain pastures will spoil you with Tirolean delicacies.

Directions: Ötztal federal road (southwards) in the direction of Längenfeld - turn right in the hamlet of ESPAN-DORF and follow the road on the left for about 160 m - turn right at the first road. Our house can be found immediately there on the left side.
