Cafe, restaurants, sports shops as well as ski & cross-country ski schools are directly in Niederthai. The hiking bus and free skibus will take you to Umhausen and to all the holiday resorts within Ötztal.

At the end of Umhausen after the Kapferer car dealership turn left - after approx. 200 m turn right towards Niederthai - follow the mountain road for approx. 7,5 km. In Niederthai follow the road to Ötztal Tourismus/Information Niederthai turn right there. Follow the road for approx. 560 m. Our house is after the sport shop Grüner on the left hand side.
