The newly renovated "Das Stuiben" is idyllically located in a lovely hamlet on the back side of Umhausen's road, right at the heart of Ötztal. Your holiday home is approx. 300 meters from the skibus stop (free shuttle service) that takes you to the huge ski areas of Sölden and Gurgl, or to Hochoetz in winter. In summer, you will find the Ötzi Village and the Bird of Prey Park, the swimming lake and the Stuiben Falls plus countless hiking, cycling and refreshment stops in the immediate vicinity. Climbing aficionadas impsove their skills on the Engelswand rock wall. The AQUA DOME - Tirol Therme Längenfeld or the AREA 47 are only approx. 10 km away.

Directions: Follow the Ötztal federal road to Umhausen - after the second bus stop at the Neudorf/Farchat sign you turn right, then follow the road for about 200 m (straight) - you will find our house on the left side.
Included: WiFi, parking, bed linen, towels, ski storage room with ski boot dryer, lockable bicycle storage room; baby cot and high chairs on request; you can borrow a gas grill - simply ask at our house.
Included in summer: Our guests receive the Summer Card. All highlights of the valley like free use of summer mountain lifts, swimming pools, public bus lines, museums, etc. are already INCLUDED in the Summer Card from the second day of your stay.
As a "Bike homes" partner we fulfill varied criteria, for instance: bike storage room, washing facilities for bicycles/bicycle gear, bike repair rack, repair tools, plus useful tips and information on bike tours on the spot!
Exclusive of: Resort tax, fresh bread delivery service and laundry service for a fee on request.
