Hannibal
The Glacier Spectacle HANNIBAL takes historical Carthage straight to Tirol's wildest mountain world. A real-time Alpine crossing by using modern means, a performance of more than 500 participants taking place on scenic Rettenbach Glacier at 3000 meters above sea level. Quiet and thunderous at the same time, a precise choreography of dancers and avalanches, snow grooming machines, base jumpers, aircrafts, helicopters and skidoos, paragliders and skiers spreading across the glacier landscape. Last time about eight thousand spectators had gathered to witness live and with all senses the incredible adventure of Carthage's most popular commander. A show second to none, created by the Lawine Torrèn artistic network - the world's largest contemporary drama.
