Vision and offerOur BASEFIVE vision is to give each of our members a new and strengthened body awareness by pushing their limits together through fundamental training. As a location for training, we focus on personal goals and individual progress. Our team supports you throughout your entire journey - starting with a detailed check-up and anamnesis, through our holistic training concept, to individual support far beyond the training itself. In addition to group and personal training, we also offer physiotherapy and training therapy.

The Ötztaler Alps are the perfect example of highly alpine scenery for many mountain friends. The AQUA DOME - the Tirol Thermal Längenfeld is one of the most modern thermals Austria – with one-of-a-kind architecture with a futuristic look. Outside the rugged Ötztal nature, inside the luxury of the thermal bath: Pure bliss! The thermal water from a depth of 1865 metres fills 12 indoor and outdoor pools spanning 2,200 square metres. Its centrepiece is the crystal-shaped thermal dome with two large pools boasting water at temperatures of 34° and 36° from a depth of 1,865 m. The river pool gently flows towards the outdoor area – towards the gleaming “Diamond” and three “floating” bowl basins - AQUA DOME’s trademark. Gorge sauna or stone sauna, heat from Swiss pines or the steam dome? Our sauna world is defined by the energy of fire, earth, water and air: Eleven saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools as well as special infusions!
