On display are prehistoric structures, hunting and working tools, as well as old breeds of domestic animals that convey the life, living and economic activities of Neolithic inhabitants.DOGS: Dogs are allowed in the entire area. However, dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled! In the small hamlet of Windau at the height of Windau’s central bridge, walkers discover a small,inconspicuous wooden hut. Only the large wooden wheel at one side reveals that the building is a mill. Even today the mill is still operated by eight residents of the village.
