The Vordere Tumpenalm lies at an altitude of 1.831 meters, surrounded by lash green meadows and the Ötztal mountains.Hiking path:Parking: parking lot at the elementary schoolTrailhead of this tour is Tumpen´s elementary school. Follow the asphalt road in direction of Grube - turn left into the forest trail leading up to the Tumpen waterfall. Take the trail on the left towards Gehsteig Alm and Vordere Tumpener Alm as soon as you reach the last junction. The path on the right takes you to Armelen Hütte.
