Separate doors that can be closed on each floor!
Most parts of the apartment were newly renovated in 2023: new windows and balcony doors, mostly new interior doors, hallway doors in the staircase, newly furnished bedrooms (2) - made to measure by the carpenter and a lot more.
The ground floor is used privately and the two upper floors are available at your sole disposal. The apartment can be reached via the staircase.
1 bedroom is available for 2 people, 2 bedrooms for 3-4 people and 3 bedrooms for 5 people or more. For occupancy of up to 4 people, only the large bathroom on the 1st floor is available. From an occupancy of 5+ people, both bathrooms with WC are at your disposal.

Directions: Across Längenfeld - proceed for about 1.5 km - turn right into Astlehn - straight until you reach the junction - cross the bridge on the left - straight ahead towards the last house - then turn left, signpost "Haus Michael"

Exclusive of: local tax
Deposit: EUR 300,00 in cash on arrival; refunded on departure in cash if there are no damages. In the event of damage or heavy soiling, the costs will be deducted from the deposit or, if this amount is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged. Attention: read general house rules on our homepage!
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 until 1.11.23 and EUR 4,00 from 1.11.23 onwards each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
