This ground floor flat (ca. 75 m²) has its own entrance with storage space for sports equipment and a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle as well as a large dining area. There is a double bedroom, a very small double bedroom with a bed width of 1.80 metres and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC and washing machine. Route: After the 1st roundabout in Längenfeld, follow the B186 for approx. 400 metres, turn right after the bridge. Turn sharp right again into the side street after the Grüner shoe and sports shop, our house is on the left after approx. 30 metres.
