Our new holiday apartment can be found in a quiet and sunny location, in the lovely hamlett of Schlatt near Oetz in Ötztal. Due to the fantastic hillside location, it offers awesome panoramic views of Ötztal’s mountain world, enchanting our guests with many hours of sunshine even in winter. Explore scenic Ötztal in summer and winter with all its varied facets. In summer, there are countless sporty activities and excursion sites in the immediate vicinity - such as AREA 47, canyoning and rafting, relaxing on lake Piburger See, Ötzi Village, Stuiben Falls, Bike Republic as well as myriad hiking trails and alpine huts in the immediate vicinity. The mountain gondolas of Acherkogelbahn and Ochsengartenbahn, which take you to the Hochoetz-Kühtai family ski area or pastureland region, are only about 4 km away from our apartment.

Directions: In the village of Oetz you leave the roundabout at the end of the village in the direction of Kühtai (2nd exit). Follow the road uphill (approx. 4 km) to the end of the hamlet of "Mühlau". Then continue on the road to the right towards “Schlatt”. Keep right at the first fork and follow the road slightly downhill. Our guesthouse is located at about 360 m on the right side of the road.
