Myriad wonderful hiking, mountaineering and biking/cycling tours can be started directly from our guesthouse. The idyllic mountain lakes of Piburgersee and Habichersee as well as Wellerbrücke white water river section can be easily reached on foot.

Directions: driving past the village of Oetz, you continue for approx. 1 km to Habichen - after Perberschlager Apartments you take the road to the left and then keep to the right - after approx. 200 m (after the car dealer) you turn right - through the underpass, follow the road over the wooden bridge - after the wooden bridge you take the first road on the left - our house is the second one on the left side.
