The village center can be reached within a few walking minutes. In summer, our house makes a perfect starting point for cycling and mountain biking tours, myriad walks, hikes and excursions - the swimming lake, the Ötzi Village, the Bird of Prey Park and Tirol’s biggest waterfall – Stuiben Falls – can be found in the immediate vicinity. Even in winter, a huge number of winter hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks and the ice skating rink are easy to reach. The free skibus shuttle takes you to all Ötztal top ski areas. The NEW apartment (approx. 65 m²) with an own entrance has the following amenities: snuggery Tyrolean style with tiled stove – which can be heated in winter after consultation with the landlord. A bathroom with shower/WC, a double-room, a double room with a walk-in shower and bathroom sink and a fully equipped kitchen (electric kitchen stove with 4 cooktops, baking oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-machine, electric kettle etc). Directions: Follow the road B186 into the valley until Umhausen. Take the first entrance on the left after the Ötztal Sheep Wool Center and follow the road until the church. Cross the bridge before the church and take the second turn on the right. Follow the road for approx. 240 m. Our house is by the intersection on the right.
