Lovely Unterlehnerhof – located at about 1500 meters above sea level - is an old farmhouse that we have renovated with much love & charm. The authentic Tirolean style has been preserved. Our alpine hut makes the ideal place for nature lovers, those looking for peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts as well as everyone who loves the awe-inspiring view of the surrounding 3000m high peaks of the Ötztal Alps. In summer, sheep and trout in our own pond are happy about a visit. Myriad hiking and mountain tours can be started directly on your doorstep. The small holiday village of Gries is about 1 km away, there you can experience memorable days in the beginner's ski area and on the cross-country ski trails. Free skibus shuttles - the bus stop is right next to the guesthouse - takes you to the top ski areas within Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz family ski area). In Gries you will find a small corner shop and a restaurant. More restaurants, shops, pharmacy, doctors etc. are in Längenfeld.

Scenic Unterlehnerhof (150 m² of living space) offers the following amenities on the ground floor: 2 separate WCs, a large & fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (gas cooker and 2 additional electric hot plates, additional stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, tab coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, starter pack of coffee and dishwasher tabs and a lot more) with TV, a large & cozy farmhouse parlor with plenty of space and flat-screen TV, a pantry with additional refrigerator and washing facilities. On the 1st floor there are two double rooms, in the hallway there is a room with WC and washbasin and a shower room. On the 2nd floor there are 2 double rooms each with a washbasin, 1 separate shower, 1 separate WC in the hallway, 1 more double room with washbasin and shower. Everything is furnished in typical Tirolean style. A spacious covered terrace with lounge furniture, dining area, barbecue site with charcoal grill and a large outdoor area perfectly complete this beautiful and truly unique farmhouse. There is everything you could possibly desire.

Route: Turn left at the first roundabout in Längenfeld - along the rising road to Gries, approx. 5 km - a well maintained mountain road takes you to Gries, also easily accessible in winter. During the winter time it is only passable with winter tries and snow chains are recommended in wintry conditions.
Our hous is approx. 200 m after the last avalanche gallery on the right hand side - before the village Gries.

Exclusive of: resort tax, 2 pets are welcome - more on request - for an extra charge of Euro 15,00 per pet/day without food.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 until 1.11.23 and EUR 4,00 from 1.11.23 onwards each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
