Arrival is on Saturday or Sunday for a minimum of 7 nights. Short stays possible on request.
Arrival: Our house is located in Niederthai, 6 km from Umhausen. Drive along the road to Niederthai, past the car park of the viewing platform, after approx. 500 m in the bend directly above the Stuibenfall, next to the Gasthof Stuibenfall.
Inclusive: W-Lan, one parking space per chalet, E-charging station, baby cot and high chair free of charge on request, bed linen, bathrobes, sanuna and towels.
Included in summer: Our guests receive the Summer Card. All highlights of the valley like free use of summer mountain lifts, swimming pools, public bus lines, museums, etc. are already INCLUDED in the Summer Card from the second day of your stay. All important details and information on included services at www.oetztal.com/summercard!
Exclusive: local tax, pets are welcome in Chalet Fundusfeiler and Chalet Wildgrat for an extra charge of Euro 20,00 per day/pet without food. We prepare a cosy blanket and bowls for your four-legged companion.
You are welcome to book an intermediate cleaning or a linen change for a fee.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 until 1.11.23 and EUR 4,00 from 1.11.23 onwards each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
