Directions: A12Inntal Autobahn, exit: Ötztal - B 186 federal road to Oetz - through the village center - at the roundabout you take the second exit towards Oetzerau/Kühtai - turn right immediately after the exit to the swimming pool. Villa 10 can be found to the right after approx. 105 m.

Please note that the Villa 10**** is ideally suited for use by 6 adults and 2 children (an interior room 2 to the master bedroom). You can also use Villa 10**** with up to 10 adults, but this affects the special ambience of Villa 10****, since you then also use the spacious living room for sleeping purposes.
Our guests can use the wellness area and the ski depot with boot dryer (in winter) in the neighboring Hotel All-Suite Resort Ötztal free of charge.
