Enjoy cycling, mountain biking, walking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, the Hochoetz mountain lifts are only about 1.5 km away. The Area47 water adventure park can he reached in about 6 km. The nearby village center of Oetz offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. In winter, the free skibus shuttle (stops approx. 50 meters from our house) takes you to Hochoetz or to Sölden.
