Our newly designed apartments are located in the little hamlet of Habichen near Oetz. A large terrace with barbecue facilities is available for sociable summer evenings. The center of Oetz is approx. 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot. In the center of Oetz you will find countless shopping facilities, there is also a lot to discover from the culinary point of view. The popular AREA 47 is only about 5 km away. Our guesthouse makes a great starting point for endless leisure time activities within the entire Ötztal, for example: walking, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rafting, canyoning and many more attractions.
