Ski lifts and other winter attractions are free of charge thanks to the Niederthai Card: the floodlit cross-country ski track runs pat our house, a restaurant and a bakery can be found next door. In summer, Niederthai boasts Tirol's biggest waterfall - Stuibenfall. The Ötzi Village in Umhausen and the Birds of Prey Park are within easy reach - a great highlight for families and children!

Directions: turn left into the 2nd access road to the village of Umhausen (Autohaus Kapferer) - second road on the right - towards Ötzi Village, then proceed for about 7 km on the rising road to Niederthai - at the entrance to the village you turn right (sawmill) - straight ahead to the football field - turn right again - follow the road until you get to Gasthof Tauferberg - turn left after approx. 20 m - our house can be found at the edge of the forest on the left.
