Directions: Umhausen - second access road to the village on the left (Autohaus Kapferer) - turn right in direction Niederthai - 7 km long rising road, past Ötzi village and Stuiben Falls to Niederthai. Past the church, over the bridge on the left until you reach the fire department - then left again, continue to the hamlet of Höfle (approx. 1.2 km) keep to the left where you'll find our farmhouse.
Included: new wellness area (panorama sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation rooms, fitness room, tea bar), WiFi, parking, bed linen, towels, ski storage room with boot dryer, free use of kitchen in the common room, BBQ facilities, waxing rack, washing machine, bicycle rental, toboggan rental, hiking equipment rental, Kneipp area, guided snowshoe hikes and snowshoes are free in our house.
