Our house is next to the Ötztal Cycle Trail and the public bus stop. The free ski bus takes you to Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz family ski area. Stuiben Falls, Ötzi Village or Bird of Prey Parks, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy, shops and farm shop are within easy walking distance.
