Welcome to the Ski SchoolSölden-Hochsölden!I would like to invite you to spend the best days of theyear with us here in Sölden / Hochsölden!Our ski school is the first ski school in Sölden and hasexisted since 1928. Years of experience and highly trained snow sportsinstructors guarantee successful learning through modern and competent teachingmethods.During the winter we employ up to 160 winter sportsinstructors, 1/3 of them are certified teachers - this is the highest possiblequalification. Just like our guests, some of our teachers come from all overthe world. However, the vast majority of our employees come from the region andare based in Sölden and the surrounding area.If possible we will teach you in your native language, wespeak German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Polish,...Our ski instructors and our professional child carers arewaiting for the morning ski-run in the Bobo Kids Club. The ski school Oetz-Hochoetz was opened in 1987 by Kurt Fischer.Thus, the ski school Oetz-Hochoetz can refer to 29 years of know-how.Kurt is actively supported by his deputy Andi Koll, who completed the state ski instructor training in 2013.

On the traces of wild animalsOver there a cheeky badger sitting in the tree says hi, a little marmot squeaks happily on a small wood pile. Young snow adventurers discover all kinds of masterfully recreated wild animals along the children's course in Hochoetz. Skiers who are able to ski down on "red" slopes effortlessly take the turnoff to the child-friendly adventure route at the bottom of the ski run no. 9. Interesting information boards with excitingly prepared content inform about Alpine animals in their natural habitat. After passing the 10 stations, the trail joins ski run no. 9 again. Afterwards, all nature explorers can return comfortably to the Hochoetz top station by taking a ride on the Ochsengarten mountain gondola.All you need to know about the Alpine animals pictured along the children's course can be found in the separate flyer which is available directly at the ski ticket office.

The AQUA DOME - the Tirol Thermal Längenfeld is one of the most modern thermals Austria – with one-of-a-kind architecture with a futuristic look. Outside the rugged Ötztal nature, inside the luxury of the thermal bath: Pure bliss! The thermal water from a depth of 1865 metres fills 12 indoor and outdoor pools spanning 2,200 square metres. Its centrepiece is the crystal-shaped thermal dome with two large pools boasting water at temperatures of 34° and 36° from a depth of 1,865 m. The river pool gently flows towards the outdoor area – towards the gleaming “Diamond” and three “floating” bowl basins - AQUA DOME’s trademark. Gorge sauna or stone sauna, heat from Swiss pines or the steam dome? Our sauna world is defined by the energy of fire, earth, water and air: Eleven saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools as well as special infusions!
