We have dedicated ourselves entirely to the motto "regionality - seasonality - quality". That's why the AD VINUM only serves regional products - from our regional farmers, producers and hunters. This is what gourmet cuisine from the Ötztal mountains looks like to us. Tastefully arranged in up to five courses and served in the fine ambience of the new restaurant.
