Formerly a shoemaker - today a burger barThe new restaurant in Sölden - Jati is writing a new story on the old pillars of a former shoemaker.And if you wonder where the name comes from - quite simply: from our sons1/2 by Jack + 1/2 by Tim = JATIJati is very fresh and so is our offer. It is our aim to produce our burgers, salads and side dishes as best we can with regional products. Therefore, we work together with the local butchers Gstrein and bakery Fiegl and treat you also the best of Mother Nature.

Our Valentin’s is in a perfect location directly next to the Gaislachkogl cable car and offers a great sun terrace for everyone where you can come down after a long morning in the mountains our on the bike. Of course, there are parking spaces opposite. Next to the traditional meals Valentin’s also offers burgers and lots of vegetarian and vegan alternatives.For everyone wo is not hungry we also offer refreshing cocktails (or mocktails for our young guests) and homemade drinks, smoothies und lemonades, which our Chef de Bar Eli prepares Fresh.
