From Stableinalm you walk for about 30 min towards Breslauer Hütte, then turn right and hike for another half an hour up to the T-bar lift terminal where the path forks off towards Breslauer Hütte.
The trail to the summit is steep and rocky but offers great views of the Wildspitze (right opposite), the village of Vent and the Ortler mountain range.
Descent via a small ridge at the other side of the summit, and down along a rope path to the snout of Rofenkar Glacier.From there, either continue to Breslauer Hütte or descend to Stableinalm.

Public transport
Enjoy a both comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station in Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi. The current bus schedule can be found at: http://fahrplan.vvt.at
