Welcome to the Bernroithner apartment house! Enjoy holidays full of silence, rest and relaxation. Sautens is a peaceful holiday resort off the noisy traffic routes and the main valley road. You can choose from varied romantic winter walking trails, toboggan runs, ice curling rink, etc. The valley's major ski areas are within easy reach: Hochoetz-Küthai 3 km, Sölden 32 km, Obergurgl/Hochgurgl 48 km. At 23 km from the Aqua Dome spa center! Excellent inns and traditional restaurants serving Tirolean specialties can be found within a few walking minutes in the surroundings.

Directions: main road - turn right, across the bridge to Sautens - turn right behind the bridge, into the second road - follow the road past the swimming pool - our guesthouse is located on the left, Mühlgasse no 4.

Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
