Our guesthouse is located in a hillside setting above the center of Sölden. Quiet and panoramic location. The Innerwald beginners ski area can be reached within a 3-minute walk - ski school, kids land, child/baby supervision, sports shop (incl. ski storage), après-ski and (free) Zentrum Shuttle on the spot. The skibus stop can be found right above our house. Excellent restaurants are close by.
The host himself is a certified hiking guide - contact him at any time if you need useful advice!

Included in summer: Our guests receive the Ötztal Premium Card. All highlights of the valley like free use of summer mountain lifts (reduced bike ticket for the Bike Republic Sölden), swimming pools, public bus lines, museums, etc. are already INCLUDED in the Card from the second day of your stay.
We are a specialized member of Ötztal's Bicycle & Mountain Bike Lodgings which fulfill varied criteria, for instance: bike storage room, washing facilities for bicycles/bicycle gear, bike repair rack, repair tools, plus useful tips and information on bike tours on the spot!
