General Terms & Conditions

The Ötztal Premium Card and Ötztal Card are personal cards. They are not transferable. In case of misuse the card will be locked immediately.


Data Protection

By purchasing the Card you agree to Ötztal Tourismus collecting, processing and using personal data for marketing purposes. Consent to future processing and use can be revoked at any time. Personal data is not passed onto third parties. General Austrian Data Protection Laws apply.


Loss or damaged card

In case of loss or damage the Card will be locked immediately. The customer receives a new Card which displays all services and admissions of the original Card. Available only on presentation of the receipt!


Breakdown or unforeseen non-operation

No refund in case of technical breakdown or non-operation of services.


Card refund

Ötztal Premium Card: No refund for Ötztal Premium Card in case of illness or early departure!

Ötztal Card: In case of serious illness (medical certificate required) or early departure due to severe reasons (e.g. death in the family – letter of confirmation required) the remaining days will be refunded! Only if the card has not been used anymore. Single days in-between are not refunded.



The single services included in the Cards are provided by legally independent companies. All business partners issuing the Ötztal Premium Card or selling the Ötztal Card act as a representative for the entire range of partners. Only the respective business partner is responsible for services offered and can be claimed for damages in case of unforeseen problems or incidents.
