Our double rooms "Himmelblick" (20-30 m²) on the second floor await you with plenty of comfort and a cosy double bed as well as a couch (sleeping possibility for a 3rd person) for a restful sleep and a good morning. In the double room Mondschein (25 - 35 m²) on the ground floor or basement floor you will spend restful nights in a comfortable double bed and a couch (sleeping possibility for the 3rd person). After getting up, our delicious late riser breakfast awaits you. Room with shower/WC, hairdryer and bathrobe for the wellness area. Additionally equipped with couch or sitting area, desk, satellite TV, radio, WiFi, room safe, telephone and balcony or terrace.

In the black of the night sky, the stars twinkle close enough to touch. In the spacious "Sternenglück" single room, you can dream your way up to the stars and experience a piece of happiness. The room is located on the 2nd floor and has a cosy single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe for the wellness area, satellite TV, radio, room safe, telephone, desk and WiFi. Feel at home with the best facilities and enjoy a marvellous view of the Ötztal mountains from the balcony. Start an eventful day with a rich late riser breakfast and enjoy our fresh products from local suppliers and farms in the region from our breakfast buffet. The single room Sternenglück has a connecting door with the double room Himmelblick.

In the double room "Terrassenidylle" (approx. 40 m²), you will spend restful nights in a comfortable double bed plus a double sofa bed (sleeping option for the 3rd and 4th person). After waking up, our indulgent late riser's breakfast awaits you. The room comes with a shower/WC and a hairdryer, as well as a bathrobe for the wellness area. Additionally, it is equipped with a desk, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, room safe, telephone, and a furnished terrace.

In our apartment "Himmelskuppel" (approx. 120 m²), you are close to the sky and experience a unique sense of coziness. The apartment features a fully equipped, spacious kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, etc.) with an additional sofa (sleeping option for two), a large dining area, and a cozy tile stove - which can be heated upon request by the landlord. It also includes a bathroom with a large corner bathtub, shower, and toilet, another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, 2 double rooms, and a single room. Enjoy the unique view of the blue sky and the mountains of the Ötztal Alps from the balcony.
