The apartments are in a prime location in the centre of Sölden, right next to the Giggijochbahn cable car and the valley run as well as the lines of the Bike Republic Sölden. Surrounded by sports shops, restaurants, ski schools and much more, they offer an ideal starting point for activities. The flats are designed with great attention to detail and combine quality, cleanliness, cosiness and functionality. Inspired by nature, the colours and shapes of local flowers are reflected in the interior and the names of the flats. The bathrooms with unique illuminated walls are a particular highlight. All flats have infrared chairs, which ensure relaxed muscles and invigorated descents. On the ground floor, a bistro is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00.

Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof from there directly by bus every half hour to the bus stop Giggijochbahn. Exclusive: local tax, car parking space in the underground (only on request and for a fee of EUR 16,00 per night), e-filling station, bathrobe and slippers, bathtowels for the AQUA DOME or Freizeit Arena; intermediate cleaning, linen change;

Other: 10% discount on ski, snowboard and bike equipment in the Sport4You sports shop - when booking in the Lorenzi flat;
We are partner of the AQUA DOME - Thermal Spa Resort Längenfeld - we offer numerous additional services such as reservation of day tickets etc.
Deposit: EUR 200,00 per apartment to be paid in cah upon arrival. The money will be refunded, if there is no damage or heavy soiling.

The local tax is not included in the total price and will be charged directly by the host.
Local tax until 31.10.2025: EUR 4.00 | from 1.11.2025: EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
