Our family-friendly apartment was refurbished with much love to the detail, bright and modern furniture in natural wood, centrally yet quietly located close to "Places of Strength" in Umhausen. In a few minutes you reach the center with restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, doctor with pharmacy. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house and the free skibus takes you to the surrounding ski areas (Sölden, Obergurgl or Hochoetz). The apartment (approx. 77 m²) was built by the host himself in 2017: 1 double room and 1 triple bedroom - both with satellite TV, 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC, 1 living room with a pull-out sofa bed (for one additional adult or two children) and a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and dining area. The apartment has a separate entrance with large entrance hall, coatrack and ample space for suitcases, sports and ski equipment and a spacious terrace with comfortable seating area.

Directions: B186 to Umhausen - turn left at the second entrance (Autohaus Kapferer). Follow the road towards the village until the fire department, then turn right into Mühlweg. Follow the road and turn right again into the 3rd driveway. Our house is the second one on the left.
