A warm welcome to Appartement Christine!
Our guesthouse is located in a quiet yet central setting on the southern outskirts of Umhausen, overlooking Tirol's biggest waterfall and the majestic mountains of the Ötztal Alps. The swimming lake and the Ötzi Village can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The supermarket is about 200 m away, the village center (bank, post office, restaurants) about 400 m. The bus stop of the free ski and hiking bus can be found at about 200 m. In winter, we are an ideal starting point for skiing adventures in the ski areas of Ötztal. On cross-country ski trails, winter hiking routes and toboggan runs you discover the winter landscape in all its facets.

The apartment (approx. 85 m²) is located on the ground floor and offers enough space - even for larger families or groups: 1 double room with extra bed, 1 living room with satellite TV and 2 double couches for up to 4 persons, 1 bathroom incl. bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet, 1 spacious kitchen with sitting area, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle.
From 6+ persons there is another double room with shower/WC available in the basement. The apartment is at ground level and has its own garden with barbecue site, lawn and playground.
