Welcome to
our flats in Umhausen! Centrally located, we offer the perfect base for
exploring the beauty of the Ötztal. In summer and winter there are numerous
excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. In summer you can go on
breathtaking hikes in the surrounding mountains, visit the impressive Stuiben
Falls or relax at the nearby beautiful Lake Piburger See. Cultural excursions,
such as to the Ötzi village or the bird of prey park, are also within easy
reach. In winter we are an ideal starting point for skiers and snowboarders,
with proximity to various ski areas such as Sölden or Hochoetz-Kühtai.
Cross-country skiers and winter hikers will find numerous trails and routes in
the surrounding area (Niederthai). Our central location enables our guests to
discover the whole variety of the Ötztal and to experience unforgettable
moments in summer as well as in winter.

(approx. 50 m²) consists of a double room, a bathroom with shower/WC, a
separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the unique mountain

Directions: Take the B186 to Umhausen. Turn left at the third entrance (Kapferer car
dealership). Follow the road towards the village until you reach the fire
station. Then turn right into Mühlweg. Stay on the Mühlweg at the first
junction on the right. Follow the road for approx. 42 metres. Our house is on
the right-hand side.
