This former farmhouse was entirely renovated by the owner with much love to the detail. In a quiet and peaceful setting in Oetz - hamlet of Habichen. Spacious living areas incl. 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 persons. Numerous leisure activities can be found in the immediate vicinity (hiking, climbing, biking, rafting, canyoning etc.) The AREA 47 is located at about 7 km. Scenic hiking trails lead directly from the house to Ötztal's natural jewels (lake Piburgersee, lake Habichersee, Wellerbrücke river section, etc.). The Widiversum Hochoetz makes a paradise for young guests: hiking, exploring and marveling are the order of the day. The skibus stop is only about 500 m away, free shuttles take to the Acherkogelbahn base terminal.

On the ground floor there is a new, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy, large parlor with tiled stove (in winter also heated, incl. wood) and satellite TV. One double room, sauna with shower/WC and separate WC.
On the first floor there are two triple rooms with shower/WC, 1 double room with shower and washbasin, 1 double bedroom with washbasin, another WC in the hallway. Spacious, private terrace with furniture.
